This two bedroom, one bath, 896 square foot home in Pasadena, CA is the house that guitar legend Eddie Van Halen and his brother, drummer Alex Van Halen, lived in growing up.  The future rock n’ roll Hall of Famers learned their chops practicing as youngsters in the garage around back and Eddie no doubt spent hours tinkering and building the first of his many his trademark striped guitars in their as well.
