The album cover for the 1975 album Dressed To Kill by KISS was taken by legendary photographer, Bob Gruen, at the southwest corner of 23rd Street and 8th Avenue in New York City. The cover shows the band wearing suits even though only drummer Peter Criss actually owned a suit at the time. The rest of the band had to borrow suits from their manager, Bill Aucoin, which explains why Gene Simmons’ suit is particularly small on him in the photo. The album featured one of KISS’ most well known tracks “Rock And Roll All Nite.”

Required Listening:

  1. Rock And Roll All Nite
